Strength
Targets that move when you’ve earned it
Targets come prefilled. Tap ✓ to log a set, rest on a timer, rate how it felt. Two manageable sessions and you get one more rep. A difficult day just repeats.

iPhone + Apple Watch
Strength programs that progress only when you’ve earned it. Couch to 5K and 10K exactly as published. Runs your watch can handle without the phone.
No ads. No tracking. Your workouts are visible only to you.

What it does
Pick what you’re training, test a baseline, and Workoutzone tells you exactly what to do each session — then moves the target only when the rules say so.

Running
Every interval from the NHS and OrthoCarolina plans, with a friendly voice and a vibration at each change — even with the screen locked. Run pace counts running only, so walks don’t drag it down.

Progress
Streaks, perfect weeks and levels for showing up. Consistency over 14 days, 12 weeks or 6 months, and prescribed-versus-actual for every program.

The rules
Every program follows the same deterministic rules, so you always know why the target is what it is.
Start
Three sets at about half of your best single set. Can’t do one yet? Start with an easier variation.
Progress
After two complete sessions rated easy or manageable, spread across your sets.
Weighted
Reps climb to 12, then the next weight is suggested. Jumps over 10% wait for your OK.
Repeat
Missed a rep or rated it difficult? The same targets come back. Skips never count as progress.
Retest
One honest max effort resets your baseline, and targets recalculate from it.
Custom
Name it and an AI coach drafts a progression. Once you accept, it’s a fixed rule like the rest.
Apple Watch · optional
No watch? Everything works on iPhone alone, including runs with the screen locked.
Private by design
