Terms of Use
Effective October 2, 2026
These terms apply to the Workoutzone apps for iPhone and Apple Watch, our server and this website (together, “Workoutzone”), provided by Doin LLC. By creating an account or using Workoutzone you agree to them. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
Health first. Workoutzone is a training log, not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have a health condition, an injury, or haven’t exercised in a while. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
Your account
You sign in with Apple or Google. Keep access to that account secure; you’re responsible for activity on your Workoutzone account. You must be at least 13 years old (or older if your country requires it) to use Workoutzone.
Training plans and the AI coach
Programs follow fixed rules and published plans (NHS Couch to 5K and OrthoCarolina Couch to 10K, transcribed in good faith). Custom programs are drafted by an AI model and may be wrong for you. Review every suggestion, adjust or lower targets whenever you need to, and use your own judgment. NHS and OrthoCarolina are not affiliated with and do not endorse Workoutzone.
Your content
Your workouts and notes belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide Workoutzone to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account at any time.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse Workoutzone: no attempts to access other people’s data, to disrupt or overload the service, to reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows, or to use the AI coach to generate content unrelated to training.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Workoutzone available, but it’s provided “as is” and may change, have interruptions or lose features. The app keeps working offline on your device. We may update these terms; if a change is material we’ll update the date above and let you know.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent the law allows, Workoutzone is provided without warranties of any kind, and Doin LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for injuries resulting from exercise you choose to do. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Ending your use
You can stop using Workoutzone and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
